Meet Tab Stash
Tab Stash uses the browser's bookmarks as storage for groups of tabs saved for later. Users can stash a working session, organize groups and subgroups, and restore the resources when needed, while keeping the underlying links in a familiar browser-controlled format.
It is a Firefox extension rather than a separate cloud service. Firefox Sync can carry the saved bookmark data between compatible browser installations, but that should not be confused with a standalone Tab Stash mobile app or web dashboard.
