Pinalist combines a searchable bookmark collection with notes and a dashboard for frequently visited resources. Tag management, sorting and pinned groups support both large research libraries and daily-use links, while sharing allows selected collections to be discussed with others.
Its free plan has a bookmark limit and Pro removes that limit while adding advanced maintenance and search features. The official FAQ describes mobile use through the website and native iOS and Android applications as future plans.
