Meet Espial
Espial provides a web interface for a bookmark database on infrastructure controlled by its operator. Its bookmarklet can prefill a page's URL, title and selected text, reducing the work involved in saving annotated links.
The server supports multiple accounts and import workflows, and the maintainer links an Android sharing companion. That companion is a capture tool rather than evidence of a full-featured native mobile library, so the directory distinguishes it from an ordinary standalone Android bookmark manager.
